Domestic Servo Substitution Accelerates — China Industrial-Robot Servo Market to Top RMB 7.86 B by 2026
Per Chyxx Research, domestic servo penetration in industrial robots continues to climb. Local leaders such as Inovance and Estun are now competitive in the mid-tier through AI-based control algorithms and SiC power modules.
According to Chyxx Research, the China industrial-robot servo market reached RMB 4.1 B in 2023 (+15.66% YoY) and is projected to hit RMB 7.86 B by 2026, representing 24.27% of the total servo market — with domestic share crossing 50%.
Local leaders include Inovance, Estun, LeaderHarmonious, Leadshine, HCFA and Sinpro. AI-based closed-loop tuning, SiC power stages and real-time EtherCAT/PROFINET buses are now standard for high-end servos.
