Hardware accounts for >70% of bill-of-material value. The integrated joint module — frameless torque motor + harmonic/cycloidal reducer + dual encoders + brake + drive — is the core building block. Repunite has long specialized in this field, supplying 70 mm – 120 mm joint modules with 0.01° repeatability.
